At Green Sprout Seeds, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos where applicable

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Seeds and Germination

Germination and growing success can be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, soil conditions, watering, pests, and cultivation methods.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee successful germination or crop performance and do not offer refunds based solely on growing results.

If you believe there is a quality issue with a seed product, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
